Anyway, jo was the self appointed trainer ( or did one of us appoint her eh? ) and she included crunches and those horrible V shape tummy slimming exercises which resulted in an aching neck instead of aching abs. I mean fats.
I cant turn my neck properly now. And my thighs ACHE! Goodness, I am reminded of dragonboat trainings and the morning after symptoms. The pain of climbing and going down stairs and hobbling around school. Let's go canoeing together some day girls!
